The SKY Resilience Program

SKY Resilience Program is a customized innovative program aimed at helping serving members of the Canadian Forces, Veterans and First Responders who have been exposed to traumatic events. The participants acquire the necessary tools and techniques for overcoming occupational stress, improve focus and mental health, heal trauma and enhance overall resilience.
