SKY Breath Meditation
This 3-day, 6-hour course will teach you powerful breathing techniques to incorporate into your daily life. In utilizing specific rhythms of the breath, learn to quickly and easily eliminate stress, revitalize the nervous system, and bring greater clarity and focus to the mind.
Breath Water Sound
Join BIPOC instructors over a weekend to care for yourself, enrich your mental health, and build community. This free workshop includes breathing exercises, guided meditations and sustainable community-driven initiatives

Narciso Cruz has been a full time teacher for the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association For Human Values since 2006. He teaches Sky Breath Meditation, Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, Sri Sri yoga, Sky Teens, Sky Teens2, Sky Kids, Sky Schools, Prison Smart and Intuition Process. Narciso travels around the world to teach adults, teens and children. He’s been practicing meditation and breathing techniques since 2001.
Maya Yampolsky has been a teacher with the Art of Living Foundation (part-time) since 2003, after taking her first Art of Living program in 2000, where she fell in love with the practices and the inner freedom and joy that she experienced. In her professional life, Maya is an Assistant Professor and director of the Multicultural Experiences, Relationships, Racism and Identities (MERRI) Research Lab at Université Laval. Her teaching, research, mentoring, community education and training work revolve around anti-racism, multicultural identities and intercultural relationships
